These Terms govern your use of DG Password Vault. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Password Vault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your Master Password
- Keeping your device secure
- Creating backups if desired
- Maintaining access to your device
Because your vault is encrypted locally, we cannot recover your Master Password or decrypt your stored data.
3. Premium License
Password Vault offers a one-time Premium purchase that unlocks Premium features for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Premium access can be restored on eligible devices using the same Google Play or Apple account used for the original purchase, subject to the policies of the applicable app store.
4. Purchase & Refund Policy
Premium purchases are securely processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
We do not directly process payments or store your payment information.
Premium purchases are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be available where required by applicable law or under the refund policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
For refund requests, please refer to the support process of the applicable app store.
5. Subscription Terms
Password Vault does not offer an automatically renewing subscription. Premium access is provided through a single one-time purchase that remains valid for three (3) years.
After the license expires, continued Premium access may require purchasing a new license.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law
- Copy or redistribute the App without authorization
- Circumvent security mechanisms
7. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, software, graphics, logos, and content belong to the developer of Password Vault unless otherwise stated.
8. Disclaimer
Password Vault is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". While we strive to provide secure and reliable software, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will always be free from defects.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
